高校学生考试作弊心理之我见篇1

我国的考试文化源远流长，一名学生从上学开始就要接受各种考试的考验，步入高校后考试更是多种多样。高校学生除了要面对自己学业的考试外，还要参加国家、社会上的各种资格考试。最近几年，考试作弊现象在各高校中层出不穷、屡禁不止，严重扭曲了考试的初衷和本意，影响了高校学生心理的健康发展。因此，了解学生考试作弊的心理活动，并采取有效的引导和制止方法，是打消高校学生考试作弊心理的根本方法。

1高校学生考试作弊的心理活动

（1）成绩好才是真的好。长久以来各高校都以考试成绩来衡量一名学生的好坏，奖学金评比、党员发展、★WWW.PAOMIAN.NET★毕业资格审核等都与考试成绩挂钩，这样在学生心里就产生了只有考取好成绩才能赢得一切的念头。但是有些学生长期不努力，根本不可能靠自己考出好成绩――考试作弊就成了他们的救命草，他们使用这样的好成绩去赢得各种荣誉，引诱更多的学生想采用作弊手段跻身好学生行列。

（2）侥幸是学生敢于作弊的心理支柱。步入大学学习由被动转为主动，不再有人监督，很多学生把握不住自己，纵情于吃喝玩乐忘记了学业，临到考试不得不抱住作弊这个大“佛脚”不松手；也有些学生平时只重视对他们考研、工作、出国等有用的课程，他们认为无用的根本不学，考试时也是依靠作弊过之。明知作弊是纪律所不容，但自认为手段高明寄希望于侥幸过关；再加之有的监考教师不能做到尽职尽责，给作弊的学生提供了侥幸的机会。更多的学生参与到了考试作弊中，监考教师的不负责任是学生滋生侥幸心理的“肥沃土壤”。

（3）各种证书是找工作的“敲门砖”。高校学生不仅要参加本校的学业考试，还要参加全国大学生外语四、六级考试，教师资格证书考试，外语专业四、八级考试，日、韩语等国际级考试等，而这些考试的证书也成了用人单位招聘时的门槛。毕业生为了找到一份工作，不得不为得到这些“敲门砖”而努力。然而这类考试并不是努力学习一两天就能通过的，一些学生自然就想到了作弊。

（4）大家都作弊，不作弊吃亏。近几年考试作弊在各高校中已经形成了一种风气，而且还在不断的滋生繁衍，给高校的正常教学秩序造成了极坏的影响。最初考试作弊的学生是极少数的，然而当看到这些学生在作弊“考出”了好成绩并赢得了很多荣誉后，更多的学生参与到了考试作弊的行列中。“别人都作弊，我不作弊太吃亏了。”笔者在和部分学生聊天时他们这样说，考试作弊已如一颗毒瘤深深的植入了高校学生的心里。

2消除高校学生考试作弊心理的方法

（1）严肃考风考纪，不给作弊学生可乘之机。学生产生考试作弊心理的最直接原因就是考风不正、监考不严、惩罚力度不够。部分高校教师对监考不重视，监考时打电话、发短信、聊天等，就是对考场中作弊的学生熟视无睹，这就在学生心中产生“某某教师监考不严，可以随便”的心理；一些学校对考试作弊的学生处理制度不健全，处理力度不够，甚至不作处罚，作弊学生被抓后安然无恙；有的监考教师也因学校对自己的认真监考没有绝对的支持而放弃对考试学生的监管，“监考不严”的教师越来越多。因此各高校必须在考试管理上制定严谨的规章制度，对监考不认真的教师要严肃处理，可以以扣奖金、停课检查等严格的制度来要求监考教师，直至监考不严的教师消失；对考试作弊学生的处理更不能纵容，取消评优资格、降留级、留校察看等严格的处理制度会让学生从心理产生不敢作弊的想法，直至打消作弊念头。

（2）加强教学管理，学风浓则考风正。学生产生考试作弊的心理的另一个主要原因是因为自己没学好，害怕考试不及格耽误自己今后的发展。当今高校因为没有升学压力部分教师在上课时不认真，对学生要求不严使得一些学生进入高校后学习成绩就落在后面，久而久之成绩越来越差直至放弃学习。没有好的学风就不会有好的考风，作弊现象必然会增多，想要杜绝这种情况教学管理是最重要的。教学管理的重点是任课教师，因此高校也要有相应的教学管理规章制度，甚至可以效仿中小学建立奖惩机制，若某位教师的学生在某项领域的考试或研究中取得好成绩，可以对这位教师及他的学生进行相应表奖，以资鼓励；若某位教师不认真备课、上课糊弄、对学生漠不关心，则可以取消这名教师的上课资格，责令其在规定的时间内重新进行培训，培训期满考核合格后方可再任课；对屡教不改者可以停职、甚至辞退。只有严格的要求才能让任课教师认真起来，教的严，学的自然就不会松懈，学习好就无需作弊。

（3）学校评优、社会招聘，能力胜过成绩。高等学校的评优不应该只看重学生的学习成绩，而要看重学生的综合素质。我们都知道学习是需要时间的，而高校中多种多样的团体活动也需要时间去组织，这样有能力组织活动的学生学习时间减少，如果单以学习成绩去评优那么这些学生所做的努力就会被埋没。但并不是说工作能力强就可以不学习，低智高能亦不可取。只有两者兼顾，既不放弃学习又锻炼工作能力，才能为今后的发展奠定良好的基础。用人单位在招聘时也不应只看重应聘学生“有没有某某证书”，这样只会招聘到我们所谓的高智低能的学生，而这样的学生在工作中往往不会有好的效率。首先要看应聘学生在学校的表现，如是否当过学生干部、有无组织高校活动的经验等，这是确保能招进有能力的人；其次要看学习成绩是否良好，如有无挂科记录、有无各种证书等，这是确保能招进有智力的人，两者结合文武双全。只有在肯定学生能力的同时又看重学习成绩，才能让学生在工作之余加倍努力学习，来弥补因为参加工作而落下的课程。

总之，只有了解了学生的内心世界，才能对之有效的引导；只有严谨的教学管理，才能形成良好的学习风气；只有严格的考试管理制度，才能形成良好的考风考纪。高校要想杜绝考试作弊，必须内外兼修，且需要社会上各方面力量的配合，方能从源头消除学生的作弊心理。
