Tosolvethisproblem,Ithinkcollegestudentsshouldknowtheirownstrengthsandweaknessesandhavetherightattitudetowardsthemselvesandthejobvacancies.Inaddition,theyshouldnotattachtoomuchimportancetomaterialaspectsofthejob.Theyshouldputprioritytotheirfuturedevelopmentandtheircontributionstosocietyinstead.Furthermore,theyshouldthinkofreceivingsomefurthertrainingtomeetthedemandsofsociety.
