However,othersmaintainthat“nopains,nogains”.Withoutexertingoneself,onecouldneverexpecttoachievesuccessinnomatterwhatoneisdoing.Asisknowntoall,thereisnoroyalroadtothesummitofsuccess.Oneislikelytosucceedonlywhenonehasworkedwithwhole-hearteddevotionandperseverance.Thosewhoarelazy,sloppyandindifferenttotheirwork,thosewhoneverconcentrateonworkwilldefinitelyendinfailure.Onthewhole,asfarastheyareconcerned,hard-workingisthedecisivefactortosuccess.
