偏心这个词语在学校里经常出现，经常听见同学们在私底下说三道四，交头接耳，说什么老师偏心谁谁谁了，老师又表扬谁谁好了，有时因为老师在课堂上表扬了谁谁谁那方面做得好，然后给他减作业什么的，就说老师偏心呀什么的……

其实他们之所以这么说是因为他们对老师的行为有错误的看法，对“偏心”这个词语有着错误的理解。回过头来想一想，在每个班上都有着优、良、中、差，哪个老师不喜欢优秀的学生呢?如果说喜欢优秀的学生就是偏心，哪个老师又不偏心呢?所以“偏心”是一件很正常的事。

而且一个老师偏心也未必是一件坏事。请想一想，老师为什么要把重任交给优秀生做?因为他们做得好!老师有时候给优秀生替换作业，这是因为老师认为这个学生的`水平比其他的学生高，没必要再做对他而言这种简单的作业。老师让优秀生不做某些作业或做另外的作业，是因为老师采用了“因才施教”的方法。一个好的老师，他明白哪一个学生处在什么阶段，应该学一些什么，应该做一些什么……因为如果让全班都跟着优秀生的进度学习，肯定有一些人听不懂。如果让大家跟着差生的进度学习，又无疑是在浪费脑筋，浪费才华。所以老师必定会把好生、差生、中等生分开对待。

正因为如今的同学与家长对老师的偏见，让现在的一些好老师进退两难，也正是因为对“偏心”的偏见，让学校闹出了许多事端……我希望大家对老师的“偏心”都要有正确的理解，不要对因才施教的“偏心”有所偏见!
