“小朋友，等一下，你认识我不？不认识我就不准从这里过去哦。”

“晓得嘞，你是徐支书嘛，你天天在村里窜来窜去，我咋个会不晓得呢。”

在某镇茅草村的疫情防控卡点上，一名戴着口罩的男子正在询问一名小男孩，他叫某，是贵州省清镇市某镇茅草村党支部书记。疫情就是命令，防控就是责任，作为村党支部书记，肩上责任更是重大，在抗疫“集结号”吹响后，某充分发挥“领头雁”的作用，既当指挥员，又当战斗员，精心组织，靠前指挥，群策群力打好疫情防控阻击战。

严防死守阻断疫情

“现在全村只有我一个人能够自由进出村子，这是大家给我的‘特权’，也是我的责任。”某开着玩笑却又认真地说。

某镇茅草村与平坝区齐佰镇相邻，人员流动较为频繁，为减少人员流动，在交界路段，茅草村设置了疫情防控卡点，还成立了临时党支部，严格按照“三个一律”轮流值守，即：凡不是本村人，一律不准进入；凡本村车辆外出采购生活物资，三天内一律只能进出一次；凡外出购买物资群众，一户一律只能一人外出。值守人员在值守过程中必须对进出村的车辆及人员进行详细登记，须经仔细核实方可放行，为落实好这“三个一律”，村支“两委”商定除某外的两委成员率先带头，均不出村，村支“两委”工作对接、群众所需物资采购均由某统筹负责。

物资代购温暖到家

“这是卢启勇、陈杰家要买的洗衣粉，这是老张家需要的纸……”某对着采购单，一一点数。

“这是你家鸡蛋，小票在上面，你看一下。”某对委托他买鸡蛋的周安有说。

为避免人员聚集，取消赶乡场后，有的群众因出行不便而在购买生活物资上有困难，为解决这一难题，某摇身一变成了不收取一分跑腿费的代购员。群众可通过微信、电话或直接告知等方式将需要购买的生活物资告诉某，由他到集镇采买后再逐一送到群众手中或放在集中的地点，由群众自取。“村代购”既减少了人员流动又温暖了村民的心。

“有的群众要得急，有时候每天要跑3、4次，至少每天是要跑一次的。”某说。

疫情不灭喇叭不停

“广大村民不要到处逛，能在家中就是骄傲，没事刷刷抖音，累了就睡觉，既给国家省口罩，又能给自己省钞票……”走进某镇茅草村，便听见这一趣味疫情防控宣传。

疫情防控阻击战全面打响后，茅草村就把疫情防控知识宣传作为重要任务并长期坚持，村第一书记、村支“两委”成员、联系站(所)干部逐户开展疫情防控知识宣传和外来人员排查登记。茅草村委会主任杨畑、副主任陈古德还用私家车装上了“小喇叭”，每天走村串寨滚动播放。此外，各村民小组长手持“小喇叭”以简单易懂、易于接受的方式时时进行宣传，提醒并督促村民多居家、不聚会，还将宣传内容录制成视频通过抖音进行宣传，让疫情防控知识入脑入心并能落在行动上。
